Not been here for a while...
So I thought I would just give a quick update on what I've been doing recently - well the last 18 months!!!!
My life has been taken over by a post-grad MSc in Clinical Practice which will enable me to be an Advanced Nurse Practitioner when I complete it next year. I am at the end of the second year and it's been a struggle as I'm still working full time for the NHS and trying my best to contribute in little ways to the volunteering family. Browsing your photographs and obviously recognise the ladies at Mother Teresa's in Dehli, when were you there? It must have been in their winter from the layers the ladies had on.
I intend going back out in 2010 as I miss them terribly since coming back in April. I now have a job in renewable energy so that should cover the costs.

Hey Miss New Kid on the Block Nice to hear from you. Just heard from Serena, who's doing really well and is keeping busy with her work at the school. As for myself well, still in Brazil and finishing here on the 7th of September. I will be back first in Canada for three weeks to get things organized for my departure on the 27th Sept for India. I am returning to work at Vidya. This time in a more sturctured manner with the organization. I shall be doing strategic development of women's programs , also I shall be involve with artistic projects relative to the new school which is officialy opening in November in Gurgaon. It's exciting and I look forward to it.
So thinking ahead, of course, if you need any tips or else for future projects or insight regarding this type of work, don't hesitate to contact me.
We have finally a glimpse of summer here in Canada where I am for my holidays. I'm at my summer house by the lake (photo attached) and it's been raining since I arrived two weeks ago. Still it's so nice that you even forget the rain.
