no - you just pay each time. I think it's about $2-$3 a time. There are memberships you can buy for a month, but it doesn't pencil out unless you go almost every day.

- no - don't think so. I just brought my laptop. the bad thing is lugging it around and it adds weight. but I guess it depends on how long you're going to be there and how much you want to stay connected. as I said, there's an internet cafe just downstairs and several in the neighborhood.
