Looks like we have a few things in common. Am also a PSW who will be willing to volunteer in different regions, including Morocco. I would love to communicate with u and maybe arrange to have a group volunteering.

The amount of money you spend is up to you. It depends on how many weekend trips you choose to take. The most expensive trip I went on was to the desert, which was about $300 CDN and that included plane ride/trains/hotel stays/tour. You'd also want to set aside money for souvenier shopping, going out to eat taxi rides and every day expenses. I probably spent around $1500 dollars on top of the program fee during my 12 week stay.
