Hi Christina! Dharamsala was awesome and it was the most wonderful experience of my life. I did keep a blog and here's the link if you'd like to read it: http://girlindharamsala.blogspot.com/
I think you are an amazing person with the experiences that you had in Africa and you really lived life. Let me know if you'd like to meet for coffee or a glass of wine sometime--maybe after work?. I work not far from the Ferry Building on Fremont and Mission St. I live in Marin.
Cheers, maddy

Hi Chrisina, I'll keep in touch and follow your blog--would love to meet you when you get home to SF and I can tell you about Dharamsala. That's fantastic that you're in Africa for four months! I was only in Zimbabwe for two weeks and it was life changing for how you think about what we as humans do to the environment and the animals so it makes you think about things. Stay safe and live life. Cheers, Maddy

Hi Christina....even though I'm going to Dharamsala and not Tanzania, I loved reading your blog. Did you have access to a laptop to write your blog and then transfer it to a USB drive and use an internet cafe? I can't figure out the best way to do the digital thing, as this is my first stab at a blog. I also work in SF so we are neighbors! Any words of wisdom on what was best to pack? I think some of the same things apply no matter what country you're going to.... Best, Madelene
