Things here in Brazil are getting more hectic as we are getting closer to the end of sojourn.(8 months) Two more months and I'm heading back to Canada where I will rest for about a month. My Brazilian experience has been outstanding with great meeting and work. Brazil is a fantastic country. I am not sure yet but I might have the opportunity to visit the CCS program in Salvador before I leave, depending on my schedule.
Once returned home beginning of July, I will get visas organized for moving to India. At present I am planning a 1 year stay, starting in September 09. I have hopes of working with Vidya and their continuing projects.
I am planning at the moment to write another Pappankalan update like I did last year for past volunteers. I have a list which obviously is not complete and would very much appreciate if Jaggi or someone in the office could forward this to me. I have gathered information from different volunteers whom I've been in touch with and I guess everyone would enjoy very much to know what as been going on in the community.
At the moment, I am not sure but I might even be in Delhi for the opening of the school in DLF on the 15th of August. Rashmiji invited me to join them in her last email and I will definitely consider it once I've returned home and rested a bit.
Anyway, I hope you are well and same for the staff.

Hope all is well with you and all staff in Delhi ( and to Jaggi even if he doesn't write to me...busy man!). I am please to see that you have joined the CCS community. How are things with the program? Lots of volunteers yet ? Here in Brazil all is good. Summer is here , eventhough we have rain on most days for the last week. Is this Brazilian summer, I wonder??? Anyway, I am doing fine and enjoying it. My portuguese is coming along. Not ready to write an essay or a CCS report yet hahaha.
