I work as an RN Casemanger along with my new title. I have worked Home Health for over 3 years now. I am used to working in home enviornments verses a hospital or Nursing Home. I am confident I can bring my experience and turn it in to good in Brazil and all other places we will be going over next 7 years. I have worked 5 years in the Birth Center as well so infant knowledge is a plus. I have supplementally worked in Nursing Homes so that too will be benificial. My heart is in Home Health keeping people in their own homes as safe and appropriate as possible. Home Health nursing is based on teamwork between the nurse, coworkers in office, physicians, physical therapists, county workers and the clients and their families. It is very rewarding and I can see myself doing this until i retire, which is in almost 30years! So as you can see i am working my passion and am eager to help those in need. Thanks for all who support me and have helped me along my long journey and dream. This will be a life changing experience and i'm very fortunate to be part of this group with CCS.
