Hey- if anyone knows how to teach aerobics and is going to Ayacucho, the women at the prison would really like to learn! you don't need to speak spanish fluently, just enough to give instructions. And if anyone is interested in volunteering with the women in the prison, feel free to contact me.

I am thrilled to hear that you will be visiting Ayacucho. I participated in the Cross-Cultural Solutions Ayacucho program, so I am happy to provide you with first hand information.
There are many things to do and see in the area. First of all, I highly recommend a llama trek. This can be arranged in Ayacucho, and will cost approximately $100.00 US dollars. During your evening free time, you can explore Ayacucho. There are many local cafes, artisan markets, museums, and also some discos. It is a beautiful city, so make sure you have plenty of space on your memory card for pictures!
