Information on Intern Aboard Program

Hi Emily,

I am the groups specialist at CCS and I have worked with a group and a couple individuals working in Art Therapy. The Art Therapy group that we recently had go with us went to Ayacucho, Peru and loved it. They are going on another program with us this year to Cape Town, South Africa. In Ayachucho, the group worked in a Women's Prison with the inmates and their children.

Having talked to quite a few people interested in Art Therapy, I have found that they fit quite well with almost any of our programs in most of our placements, either in a school, orphanage or a placement such as the Women's Prison. If you are looking for an internship opportunity, our Ayacucho site may be a perfect choice for you, but I really think that you would be able to fit into most of our programs.
