Do you get hands on medical experience in Ghana?
I'm interested in volunteering in Ghana this October and have my basic emt and IV certification. My volunteer request is health care in Ghana. I wondered how much hands on experience with patients you gain through this program?

I was waiting to see if someone would respond, but there are lots of volunteers away right now on summer programs. Adrienne, one of our Program Enrollment Managers and a CCS alumna would be happy to put you in touch with a few medical intern volunteers that recently returned from a CCS program in Ghana, and she can also answer any other questions you may have.
